By enrolling in a course at Alamo Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You must provide accurate information during the enrollment process. This is important so your certificate of completion is mailed to the correct address.
Full payment must be received before course access. Once you pay for the class, you must attend. You may reschedule one time. No refunds will be granted.
All course materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction can result in legal action.
It’s the responsibility of the user to complete the course as scheduled. Anyone late or absent will be dropped from the class.
Alamo Center isn’t liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any disputes related to these terms will be governed by Texas law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically.
At Alamo Center, we strive to offer quality education at an affordable price to all of our users. Understanding our refund policy is essential before enrolling in any of our courses.
All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund except under the specific circumstances described below.
There are only two scenarios where a refund may be considered:
a) Act of God: An Act of God refers to unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) that make it impossible for Alamo Center to provide the course.
b) Technical Issues on Our Part: If there is a technical issue on the part of Alamo Center that prevents you from accessing or completing your course despite all troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund under the above exceptions:
All refund requests will undergo a review process. Alamo Center reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on its sole discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days.
