How to Enroll in a Class?

You have to pay the fee for the classes you want to take, and you can schedule the time for taking the classes at your convenience.

Can I Reschedule A Class?

Yes, you can reschedule your selected class only if your class HAS NOT already started.

I live in Kent County, can I take any of the Court Classes?

Yes, you can take these courses from anywhere!

How Long Does The DOEP Class Take?

The DOEP course is 15 hours for 5 consecutive days.

How Long Does The DWIE Class Take?

The DWIE course is 12 hours for 3 consecutive days.

How Long Does The DWII Class Take?

The DWII course is 32 hours for 7.5 weeks. You will attend the course for 2 days each week at approximately 2-3 hours per session.

When Will I Receive My Certificate Of Completion?

Alamo Center will mail you & DPS (if needed) your certificate within 10 business days of completion of the course.

Online course certificates are available IMMEDIATELY after successful completion of the course.

When Will My Certificate Be Mailed To DPS?

DOEP, DWIE, & DWII certificates will be mailed to DPS within 10 business days after successful completion of the course.

What If I’m Late for class?

Depending on how late you are to class, you may be locked out of your course and required to start the course from scratch. You will then have to pay for the entire course again.

What If I Need To Miss A Session?

Because Alamo Center is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations, you cannot miss any sessions. You will have to pay to take the class again from the beginning.

Can I Take DOEP, DWIE, And/Or DWII On A Cell Phone?

Yes, however, for the final examination (in the last class), you will need a secondary device. You have to be visibly present while taking the exam.

What is the cost of the DOEP class?

The cost of the DOEP class is $90.00

What is the cost of the DWI Education Program class?

The cost of the DWI Education Program class is $80.00

What is the cost of the DWI Intervention Program class?

The cost of the DWI Intervention Program class is $250.00

What Are The Benefits of Remote Online Classes?

The main benefit of remote court ordered classes is convenience. You don’t have to travel to get this evaluation; it can be done from anywhere! This evaluation does not necessitate taking time off from work or driving long distances, which can save you both time and money if you’re already busy.

What Is Alamo Center Refund Policy?

A refund will only be given if Alamo Center cancels your class. If the student fails to be present for all days of the course, he or she will be disenrolled and will have to enroll again through alamocenter.org.
